There are challenges associated with acquiring new skills one one of those skills is web development, one may have seen his friend who is now been paid well for been a web developer either as front-end, Backend or Fullstack, and to make the matter so tickling or enticing to the ear that person works from home (Remote) and you will be like "what am i waiting for i need to change my career". It is not as easy as you may think, for that your friend to reach that level he his it took years of dedication to learning and practice. Another disappointment is when one think that he can learn web development in 3(Three) Months, why is that disappointing? one cannot learn web development in 3 months because web development technique and skills changes from time to time so one need to be familiar with the going trends in web development. Another challenge is to many materials to read and learn and sometime you may try to download videos upon videos to which may seem overwhelming to you. There things to put in place to achieve that goal of been a web developer. when I started, I tried following the footstep of my friend but it wasn't yielding any result for me, he will always tell me to watch videos on youtube, check up w3schools, codeacademy and so on but all that did not yield the result I wanted. One thing one must do is to take a full appraisal of oneself if he is able to sacrifice time to learning and practicing. There are online courses organized by Udemy, Cousera, Udacity, and tech company work with them to tutor one in tech most times for free or one may buy courses online. The last but not the least is practice!!! and try to associate oneself with those who have like minds as you, who also love to take up projects and finishing it on time.
